The villa benefits from 3 good size bedrooms, all with air conditioning, plus 3 bathrooms (two of which are ensuite), a lounge, dining room with second lounge area and fully equipped kitchen.

Situated in a quiet residential area of other high quality villas and benefitting from local supermarkets and a great choice of restaurants and bars only a 5 minute walk away.
Only 400 metres from the sea and access to 9km of paved seafront promenade that stretches along the Playa Blanca coastline.
There are fantastic mountain and sea views across to Fuerteventura from a large furnished upstairs terrace - an ideal place to spend time watching the sun rise with a morning coffee, or relaxing under the stars.
The villa benefits from a large amount of outdoor space, with two good size patio areas.
There are plenty of poolside sun loungers on the main patio, plus a separate second split level patio with a top of the range 6 person hot tub and additional al fresco seating and coffee table- your very own 'gin corner' for pure relaxation.
New in March 2022 is a landscaped garden bursting with colour from local plants and shrubs, and tastefully illuminated at night with subtle garden lighting.
The new artificial grass adds even more usable space and late afternoon shade under the palm. The Cesar Manrique style white, winding path bordering the garden gives guests a real sense of Lanzarote.
All bed linen, towels, hairdryers, picnic sets, Wifi and British TV with sports and movies are all included (the air conditioning is on a pay as you go meter, and costs approximately 1 euro per night per bedroom).
