Diving and snorkelling

There are many dive schools in Playa Blanca, the closest being Dive College Lanzarote which is about a 15/20 walk away along the coastal path at the La Muleta centre

Dive schools will offer for beginners try dives and snorkel trips for a bit 9of und on holiday, or PADI courses for beginners wanting to obtain a qualification and then more advanced courses for more experienced divers.

Trip to an underwater sculpture park - there is also the opportunity for divers and snorkellers to visit the underwater museum, the Museo Atlantico, which was only opened in March 2016 and features an underwater sculpture park that is just off the coast of Playa Blanca. An amazing experience that is highly recommended!

Surfing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding and kitesurfing

Playa Blanca has its very own Surf School and all of the listed activities can all be arranged through Kaboti surf www.kabotisurf.com tel 0034 928 845 382 (surf lessons are at Famara and transport will be arranged for you by Kaboti Surf)

Jet Bikes, Parasailing, Banana Boat, Fly Board, Crazy UFO, Stingray, JetBoat – are all available from Watersports Lanzarote who are based at Paracraft Watersports in the Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca (and also in Puerto del Carmen).
